The hotel had comfortable and spacious rooms but was sometimes noisy due to its location next to the main courtyard. The service was friendly and efficient, with helpful staff. The location was convenient, walking distance to the center but not super central. The dining experience offered a wide variety of options with free coffee and tea available all day. The pool water was very cold and the morning cleaning noise could be disruptive.

The hotel is located in the newly developed area, featuring a super king-size bed and complimentary champagne and chocolates, alongside two bottles of water. The room, although noisy due to its proximity to the main entrance near the reception, was overall great.
